      • assessment issues where investigation and audit are needed.
    3. Issues which are not under the Revenue Department's authority.
    4. Unclear enquiry.
  • The taxpayers and other people must correctly provide his/her email, name, surname, and make enquiry in a polite manner.
  • The Revenue Department will answer any enquiry by referring to the Revenue Code, Tax Rulings, Supreme Court's or Central Tax Court's judgements, the Revenue Department's regulations, and guidance.
